Bio

Shannon Solomon is an authentic, passionate, innovative leader in the Restaurant Business and K-12 Industry. She is also a proud mother of five amazing adult children and grandmother of four. Shannon lives in Colorado (originally from Oregon) and has a robust portfolio varying from Restaurant Operations, Efficiency Engineering, Corporate Training, and Organization Leadership. Shannon holds a master's degree in Business and is a Credentialed School Nutrition Professional and course certifications in; strategic planning, conflict resolution, DEI and change management. Shannon has also competed on the Food Network’s show “Chopped” Chef competition as a School Chef. Shannon has also received several local and national awards for her relentless leadership regarding internal and external customer service, innovation, gratitude and positivity. Shannon’s deep passion is rooted at the heart of feeding her customers delicious, nutritious quality food with excellent customer service so that they may always be the best versions of themselves.

Bio

Stefanie Giannini is the Director of Food & Nutrition Services at Marquardt School District 15 in Glendale Heights, IL. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Food & Nutrition Management from Arizona State University. Through her 8 years of school nutrition experience, she found her passion for leadership development. In 2020, she earned her Master's in Organizational Leadership Development and Learning from George Washington University to fuel this passion. Additionally, she is ILSNA's President-Elect for 2023-2024 SY. When she isn't leading her own team of strong school nutrition leaders, she is educating other school nutrition professionals on leadership development through public speaking. She is best known for her Best of ANC 2019 session, "Self-Awareness: Knowing Yourself to Improve as a Leader."

Bio

Sandy Voss is the Director of Food & Nutrition Services for Arlington Heights School District 25 which is located about 15 miles outside of Chicago. The district serves approximately 5600 students in Kindergarten through 8th grades. Sandy has 16 years of experience as a Food & Nutrition Service Director and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Sandy also holds her School Nutrition Specialist credential and mostly recently completed schooling for her certification as a School Business Official. She is currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the Illinois School Nutrition Association and has also had the pleasure of serving in multiple volunteer positions with the School Nutrition Association as well as being a trainer for the Institute of Child Nutrition in the past.
