Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI®) Academy

The Leadership Practice Inventory is the most widely used 360-degree leadership assessment tool available today. Through this analysis, leaders gain perspective into how they see themselves as leaders, how others view them and what actions they can take to improve their effectiveness.

Engaging in the LPI experience generates positive outcomes for organizations looking to build a common language and vision around goals and values. Participation together with your team creates a climate of trust that fosters innovation and creativity as well as enhanced collaboration and bottom-line results!

This academy takes place over two half-day sessions and includes:

  • A 360-degree LPI-Self instrument and LPI-Observer survey instrument (filled out by peers, direct reports and supervisors) to be completed in advance.
  • Data facilitation by Illinois ASBO, teaching participants how to read the reports and drill down the data to identify gaps in what they believe they are doing versus how others perceive them. This is powerful introspective leadership tool!
  • The opportunity to dialogue with team members about results in an open environment, set goals and report on progress.
  • Nine hours of credit for each participant.

Bring this valuable training to your administrative team! Pricing varies based on the number of participants. For more information, please contact Susan Bertrand at (630) 542-7001.
