If you combined the offerings of all of our factories, it would amount to well over 1 million sku’s of product. For the purposes of the Virtual Exhibit Hall, and in respect of our memberships’ time, we’ve decided to concentrate on just a few critical areas that are creating new and unique challenges for our Foodservice partners, and their operations, as we all try to address the rapidly changing landscape of today’s new normal. We’ll focus on safe storage, handling, and transport of meals, whether they be in-classroom, socially distanced cafeteria settings, pick up/take home, or even home delivery.
