Leadership is a Choice
Join this humorous yet impactful session to focus on how the choices we make impact achieving success through others. This includes your choices as well as theirs. Most of our actions and reactions are programmed into our thinking at an early age… so how do we make different kinds of choices? The answer is found in harnessing the energy behind what we all really want.

Embracing Change in a World That Won't Stop Changing
Are you sick and tired of hearing the words "unprecedented" and "pivot"? As much as many of us would like to simply stop experiencing so much rapid change, a better plan may be to focus our efforts on how to embrace these changes. Whether or not we like it or are prepared for it, change will come regardless. So how do we cope? How do we stay calm and feel stable? How do we become champions of change? Come and learn strategies to alter your perspective on change and ways to practice mental and emotional resilience when change occurs. In times when you have very little control over the environment around you, you must focus on the one thing you can control: yourself.
